- Outdoor Education at Camp CILCA:  Many private and public schools take full advantage of having outdoor education at Camp CILCA.  The prices are reasonable (often negotiable for greater discounts).  Camp CILCA has 220 acres that consists of wooded areas, a lake, a creek, a river, hiking trails, marshes, 2nd oldest sycamore in the state, plentiful fish and wild life, canoes, kayaks, 20-30 fishing poles, adequate out table space, adequate indoor table space, a golf cart to help transport your disabled, large campfire locations, lots of cabins, great food, and much much more....

Standard cost per student is $59.00 per student and this includes 2 nights/7 meals and access to all previously mentioned activities at Camp CILCA in the above paragraph.

School chapel offerings
Keep Camp CILCA in mind for chapel offerings. If you prefer, you may designate your offerings for specific purchases such as canoes and kayaks. For other items see visit our donations/wish list found on our home page.

If you need a little extra motivation or just for fun, you can be creative like the staff at Good Shepherd in Pekin who were falling short of their goal for a specific purchase and offered to duct tape the principal to the school if they raised $150. Then they decided to doubled the goal to $300 and they would put a pie in his face. They raised over $300 in one week and ended up sending us a check for almost $600.

Altamont Lutheran Inter-parish School had a contest among its students to design chapel offering envelopes.

Schedule a School Assembly or Chapel

We can lead a chapel service or an all-school assembly. February, March & April dates are preferred. We actually prefer to do assemblies, because then we can throw in a few extra fun songs and talk a little more about some of our new camps. It is also easier for us to go to 3-4 schools in a day to save the camp some gas money. To schedule us for a School Visit or Chapel, please contact us.
